Does the apartment need to be empty?
Cleared rooms make surfaces easier to reach. We can also discuss cleaning a furnished apartment; tell us what will remain and which areas will be accessible.
Does cleaning guarantee my deposit will be returned?
The service covers the cleaning tasks agreed with you. The return of a tenancy deposit depends on the inspection and tenancy circumstances, so it cannot be guaranteed by a cleaning service.
Can you also help with painting or moving?
Small repairs, interior paint touch-ups and moving assistance can be discussed on request. Availability, pricing and arrangements are agreed separately.
Who provides products and equipment?
The client provides cleaning products and equipment, including a vacuum cleaner. We can bring them for an additional charge specified and agreed in the quote.
Which days can I book?
We offer appointments seven days a week, subject to availability. The time slot is confirmed according to the property, the work needed and our schedule.
How do I request a quote?
