Can you clean an apartment without a lift?
Tell us the floor and what needs to be carried, including equipment and linen. We assess access before confirming the quote and appointment.
Can you wash my Airbnb linen?
Washing sheets and towels can be agreed. Quantity, drying, collection and turnaround must be discussed; these are not automatically included in a changeover.
Do you guarantee same-day changeovers?
The time slot depends on check-out and check-in times, property condition and availability. We confirm it after assessing your request.
Who provides products and equipment?
The client provides cleaning products and equipment, including a vacuum cleaner. We can bring them for an additional charge specified and agreed in the quote.
Which days can I book?
We offer appointments seven days a week, subject to availability. The time slot is confirmed according to the property, the work needed and our schedule.
How do I request a quote?
