Nice Ménage is the name used for this website. The company identified by its owner is Softlab Digital Solutions IFZA, established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For questions about your data, contact +33 7 52 92 78 05, also used for WhatsApp. No email address on the future domain is currently available on this site.
Preparing a quote request
The form prepares text in your browser with the service, neighbourhood or town and any optional details you add: floor area, date, frequency or property situation and equipment. These fields are not stored in a website database or sent to a form server.
Clicking the WhatsApp button passes the prepared text to WhatsApp in the opening link. You can still edit it before sending it to Nice Ménage. You can also call instead. The neighbourhood helps us assess the quote; the form does not require an exact address, access codes or photos.
Using your messages
Information you send is used to answer your request, assess travel and work, prepare a quote and, if you book, arrange the service. Preparing a quote at your request is a pre-contractual step; arranging a booked service is based on performance of the contract. Information may be shared with the people handling the quote and carrying out the work insofar as needed for those tasks.
Please avoid sending identity documents, sensitive information or photographs showing private documents or people. Access instructions can be shared separately after agreeing the service.
Browsing and hosting
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, telephone +1 888 993 5273. Delivering and securing the website involves technical data such as your IP address, requested page, date and browser information. Delivery and protection of the site are based on the legitimate interest in providing this service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its own processing. Nice Ménage has not integrated audience analytics or advertising into this version.
Maps, WhatsApp and processing outside the EU
Google Maps is blocked until you allow it. Once allowed, Google receives data including your IP address and technical information and may read or set trackers according to its service. You can withdraw permission using “Cookies and maps”. The external Google Maps link opens a third-party service directly.
WhatsApp is also a third-party service. Opening it and sending messages are subject to its own rules: WhatsApp privacy policy. Google describes its processing in its privacy policy.
The owner’s company is established in Dubai and providers may process data in several countries, so messages should not be considered to be processed exclusively in the EU. You can contact the owner for details about recipients and safeguards applicable to your request.
Retention
This website does not retain the form content. Your Google Maps preference is remembered in this browser for six months, after which permission is requested again if you want to display a map. This setting does not delete information already passed to WhatsApp.
Retention of messages depends on handling your request, any resulting contractual relationship and applicable record-keeping duties. You can ask the owner about retention of your conversation or request deletion, subject to applicable obligations. Third-party providers also apply retention periods under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Map consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing.
